RTE disapears after saving settings

Jan 30, 2013 at 4:52 PM

after saving little toolbar setting changes in CK 2.00.02 (DNN7), the Rich Text Editor disappears completely. Only the Basic Textbox still works. Cache clearings, restarts and re-installing of CK-Provider has no effect.

... to be exact, it was just the adding of the DIV button to the toolbar ...

I'm sorry, content saving doesn't work anymore.

Which Module ?

It is so frustrating to fix it for one module and then another module breaks.

Sorry, I understand you absolutely.
I'm using only the DNN build-in text/html Module, nothing else.
It doesn't save the content in IE10, Chrome, FF.

I'm seeing the same issue with DNN 7 and CK 2.00.02.

CK 2.00.02 - The editor goes away after making a settings change.
CK 2.00.03 - The editor will return and is usable, but the "Save" button no longer works when you are done with your edits.

Thank you.

Ok 2.00.03 beta 2 is online now the save button should work. (If you upgrade from first beta simply extract the WatchersNET.CKEditor.dll from the zip file and manually copy it to the bin folder - Reinstalling did not upgrade the dll).

I have the same problem, but I just downloaded CKEditor...

I don't know how I could check on my DNN which CKEditor version I am using ??? (I throw away the installation file, so I don't remember which one I had downloaded on Codeplex here).

Thanks for helping me,
