CKEditorSettings and HostSettingsTable

Are CKEditorSettings that are saved for a portal, page or module which are stored in the Database (HostSettings table) iPortable?

For instance if i setup unique settings for a portal and then Export a Site Template using the DNN site management feature, will these unique CKEditor settings also be applied to the new portal that is created using the template?

No it is not iportable. If you want unique settings applied to a new portal, then you have to use the CKEditorDefaultSettings.xml in the _default folder which is copied to the portal home folder as ckeditorsettings.xml file

I have tried that..however the unique settings do not appear in the editor.
