CKEditor 2.0.8 on DNN7.0.6 - Custom styles

If I select a customer styles xml file in the config manager, when I select 'Edit Content' from an HTML module then the CKeditor is not displayed - all I see is a black space. If I then hit the Basic Text box radio button I see the text box and then if I re-select the Rich Text Editor radio button the editor then shows correctly.

The problem goes away if I don't select a custom styles xml file... but then I don't get custom styles.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Its a bug the xml styles feature is currently broken. Only using JS files works. Issue will be fixed in 2.0.9
