Adding a Plugin

I'm having trouble adding an additional plugin to the CKEditor. I've uploaded the plugin folder to \Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\CKEditor\plugins

I've added the plugin name to the 'extraPlugins' section under the CKEditorSettings.xml file in the portal folder.

When I go to 'Custom Editor Options' it shows the new plugin under 'Available Toolbar Buttons' and I can add it to a toolbar group and save the custom toolbar and select the roles who will see the toolbar but the new plugin doesn't show up in the editor. Am I missing a step?

Thanks

That files stores the default settings, once you save the settings in the Settings Page, then the settings are stored in the database. Under the Editor Config Tab in the Settings you find the setting for extraPlugins there you have to add the plugin, and Save the Settings.
